For projects which a dedicated SourceForge project is available for them, we prefer the Tickets tool of the corresponding project on SourceForge. The URL for that is usually https://sourceforge.net/p/<project>/tickets/.

For other projects without a dedicated SourceForge project, you may use the Tickets tool of the rivoreo meta project, at https://sourceforge.net/p/rivoreo/tickets/.
